Blazer Baby

I wanna talk about the blazer. It's Autumn now in Cape Town and it's not quite coat weather, but a cardigan simply won't do, so let's look at what the blazer can do for you. For you girl girls, play with colour but be careful with print. Keep fabrics basic, dont mess with things like Tweed, it's not that cold yet ladies.
This one's a little more classic. A modern take on the tuxedo jacket, we see the fabric a little sheer, giving off quite an edgy look. One button keeps it smart, while the length and shoulders are the feminist ode to the classic Men's suit jacket.

This blazer here is a casual nod to the double breasted male blazer of the 1920's. Play with colour to keep it fresh and youthful.

Here we have the tailored blazer. With it's sharp edges and neutral earth tones, this piece is a must have for the androgenously adventurous woman doing her thing on campus. It's lightweight and minimal detail allow for layering and multi use. Your wardrobe will thank you for this one.
